CZ Customer Service Comments

I have tried on 2 occasions to contact CZ customer service. I get an acknowledgement of my email, but no response.

It also does not appear that you can contact say Dan Wesson directly without being rerouted through a central system

Anybody got comments, good or bad?

I used them about 3 years ago for a rifle repair. I used their phone # & got to speak with someone. Don't know what to tell you regarding your lack of response, sorry.

Might try calling when they first open up?

The couple times I have contacted CZ USA, It was on the phone without any issues.

Yes, but that does not go directly to DW. It goes to the main CZ customer service

I called Colt (CZ) customer service last week. I spoke with Alex. Upon explaining the situation he said he would talk with a gunsmith and get back to me in a while. The next day I called again and another customer service rep said he would have the other gentleman call me. Two days later I left a voice mail and as of this morning, still crickets!
Customer no service!
