I just acquired a Dan Wesson 15-2 357 with 6 " barrel. Doing some research I see they came with several barrel/ shroud lengths.
Any one know where some of the barrels/shrouds can be purchased?

Thanks
Dave

There is a Dan Wesson forum similar to this one, just google it. Barrels and shrouds can be found on gunbroker, ebay and other online sources. EWK arms also deals with DW stuff. The DW company would be stop number 1.

Grips, barrels, shrouds and assemblies are often bought and sold on e-Bay

Dan Wesson is only making stainless shrouds since the 715 is the only revolver in production now that CZ owns Dan Wesson

EKW Arms makes aftermarket blue shrouds and assemblies for the Model 15. He also makes a barrel wrench that is far superior to the plastic one that many DWs shipped with

The Dan Wesson Forum is nowhere as busy as this Forum

Welcome to the S&W Forums!

EKW ARM used to make replacement barrels and shrouds, but they have been unavailable for quite some time now.

Barrels with shrouds frequently show up on eBay, but be prepared to spend a good amount of $$$$.

Shrouds came in 4 model styles:
-2: Short underlug
-2V: Ventilated top rib, short underlug
-2H: Full length underlug
-2VH: Ventilated top rib, full length underlug

Lengths were 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 15 inches.
