Offering up a Colt 1911 .45 ACP built I believe in 1917 (S/N 1407XX)
At some point, this one was sent back to the arsenal for reworking, however I have not found any stamps on the frame that might indicate where. It has a very good parkerized finish. The grips are checkered plastic and in great shape!
Overall a great example of WWI history that is in excellent condition.
The finish shows some where, but no corrosion, etc.
Bore is bright and this one shoots fantastic for an old battle weapon!

May also have an original 1917 marked US holster available for an additional $125 (will not sell separetly)
