Brings to memory a story of my time in 3rd Tank Bttn. I had a friend went to a Sgt's exam. The panel asked the question: "If you were patrolling along and saw a RPG team 50 yds to your front setting up, what round would you fire?" He replied: "the one loaded in the tube."

Try some of each, see what your gun likes best, go with that (assuming you can get it).
