First layer: crispy chocolate cookie pieces. Think Oreo no filling.
Second layer: Haagen-Dasz coffee ice cream
Third layer: Hershey's syrup
Options: whipped cream, nuts, shaved chocolate

Second choice is a rootbeer float. I like thing that are easy to make.

#1 Tiramisu

#2 New York style Cheesecake

#3 any other style Cheesecake

#4 Cherry Pie

#5 Coffee Ice cream Hot fudge sundae

Any variation of the above.

My wife worked at a real Ice Cream parlor when I first saw her! Their policy was, The whipped cream was to be as tall or taller than the rest of the sundae!

Up until 7 months ago my wife would call me "Mr. Desert", lol! As much as I love to eat food, desert was my big thing - I loved it all - cake, ice cream, the whole laundry list! I finally got it through my head that I had to lose 30 pound and eating desert was not in my future. All I did was eliminate all deserts and bread - I am now down 24 pounds in 7 moths. Still have 8-10 pounds left to lose (coming off slowly) but I am slowly progressing.

I am now at the point that I can sit at a table or a restaurant with friends and watch them eat desert - I have completely lost the urge to indulge. I'll just have coffee. After 7 months and great success in increasing my health, lowering blood pressure, triglycerides, etc. I have no plans to start eating deserts or bread again. Yes, it was hard in the beginning but now I no longer crave them. I was not the person who could "eat just one"! Therefore I eat none, when it comes to deserts. It took me 69 years to get to that conclusion, but I have learned my lesson! At 70 you can not get away with what an 18 year old can.

I am now wearing the expensive Horsehide gun belt and I put into storage 25 years ago as the newer larger ones are too large for me now. I also completely eliminated Prilosec, Cholesterol, and Blood Pressure med's!! No longer need them! :) That is my new "desert" with the whipped cream on top.

Too many to list.

As far as cheesecake, non better anywhere than S&S.

Key Lime pie, good ones. Will never forget the Hard Rock Cafes’s key lime pie at their Chicago one on the loop back in late 70’s. Bad as Chicago is I might consider going back for the pie provided its the same…..

After only place around (over 60 miles away) stopped serving key lime pie, started making my own. Dieting restrictions severely slowed down my pie making/eating

I got into a CB kick about twenty years ago and ended up with about
eight different ways to turn out a dish that all the family members liked.

From the real bean, to even using Pet Milk for a low calorie dish.
I have yet to try Egg Nog, but it is the last one on my list, to try, so far.

I tried the broiler but ended up getting a propane torch, for the finished product.

I just had it at one of our favoite Italian restaurants two nights ago and the wife told me that mine was better.
Their custard was loose and the top soft and not hard to the spoon's tap.

However I do enjoy a home made, chocolate cake or cherry pie, every now and then.

I'm a sucker for bread pudding. The restaurant I go to has an orange cream cake to die for. But the reality is, any dessert will do.

Favorite dessert is pie. Hard to name favorite, but mince meat (real deal) and shoo-fly pie be right up there.

My choice and favorite is a pecan pie. The rule is that the pecans must be whole, not halves, pieces or chopped.

A warm slice with a George Dickel over a big square ice cube is a DESSERT!
