Diamondback sold ?????

I heard at local FFL the Diamondback arms was sold to a larger company...Anybody know the real scoop? Great little design, but they have had feeding problems on at least one production run...However their customer service is great, as far as assuming the cost for returns. Any info would be appreciated......If they get it right it should be a good concealed carry seller. Light weight and slim...Easy 9mm to carry concealed that I have experienced.......

Taurus arms acquired them...

I wonder if Taurus will keep the design.....The only problem I had was the basic failure to feed,,,The trigger group was just that.....The only improvement I would like to see other than consestent feed succes would be the ability to lock the slide open....Ps; thanks for the info...
