For those who care, Drudge has an article that
Leonardo DiCaprio heads the list to play Sinatra
for Scorcese. The film reportedly revolves around
Sinatra's ties to the Mafia.

I can't see Leo in that role. But he'd be better than that black actor who is supposed to play Sinatra in another film.

What I want to know is who they'll cast as Nancy Sinatra. She used to be a looker, and could sing pretty well, too.

Dicaprio is one very talented actor, didnt think i would like him at 1st but he has turned out to be a real gem.

I don't like DiCaprio, Depp, Penn, Stalone, Pitt, Alec Baldwin, and many others because of their vocalized politics. Yes, DiCaprio is another pretty face with talent. He did an excellent job in the "Aviator". Sean Penn is very talented moron. They all have talent of some sorts. I made the decision years ago not to pay money to see their movies. Anyone that lives off the public's fickle likes and dislikes should know enough to abstain from advertising their religious and political beliefs.

Yup, that's why I always said "Titanic" was three hours long, it took that long to figure out it was about a heterosexual romance.

I too hate most of Hollywood for their forcing their political B.S. and non-sense on their mindless fans, but after this last election the statement Leonardo made took the cake.

I think Scorcese must have a "bromance" with DiCaprio. I found him unwatchable as Howard Hughes. He still is too pretty and too young for any meaty roles no matter how hard he tries. I can't see any physical resemblance to Sinatra either so I think Marty better send his casting agent back out for another look.

+1 riptrack. wife hates that i dont want to patronize these commies.

im gonna miss seeing that new Dillinger - Johnny Depp film in the theater, but thats why i have netflix

plus after $20+ for myself and my date just to get in the door before i even have an overpriced soda and popcorn, its no loss.

One thing I have to say about DiCaprio, and it is the one thing that, for me, sets him apart from the rest. When I see him in a role, I don't see DiCaprio, I see the character he is playing.

OK fellas,

I admit that saying DiCaprio would play Sinatra was just a hoax, knowing a lot of you would howl and make anti-Hollywood statements.

Now here's the truth:

Tom Selleck has been signed to play Sinatra, Samuel L. Jackson will take the Sammy Davis Jr.
role and Chuck Norris will be Deano. And I just heard Nancy Sinatra will be portrayed by Dolly Parton.

I don't dislike them for anything more than their acting and you can add to this list David Caruso and Vincent D'Onofrio. As far as I am concerned L&O CI would be a much better program without D'Onofrio and Erbe. I can't stand either one of them.
