Did S&W make a Grip Adapter for K Frames in the 1930’s?

Did S&W make a grip adapter for the K frames like they did for the N frames in the 1930’s? I am lucky enough to have one of the N frame adapters but I have never seen the K frame version of this if it exists.

IIRC there was one for sale at the recent SWCA Symposium in Concord, NC, but I don't remember the price. You could post a "wanted to buy" here in the classifieds.
