Did your 15-22 function correctly when you got it back from S&W ?

I sent my 15-22 back to S&W earlier this week. I am really anxious to get it back and see how it shoots.

For those of you who sent the rifle back for the FTE, FTF, stove pipe failures and out of battery firing, did the rifle work correctly when you got it back ? About how many trouble free rounds have you fired since you got it back ?

I'm waiting on mine too. Almost all of the stories I've read here say that the rifles are 100% when they're returned. I think one rifle had to be returned twice for a stock issue, but it was made right in the end.

Read the threads here. A good percentage of us sent our rifles to S&W for various ailments and got them back in working condition. A good percentage of the threads cover this.

Mine has been 99.9% trouble free. I think I've had 2 or 3 jams, and those were probably from me loading the mag improperly. The FTFs were obviously ammo related. Mine is reliable enough that it's the first gun I grab when the varmint insurgents show up in the yard.

Im sending mine in tomorrow for the same reasons plus firing two rounds with one trigger pull. worked great first two times out about 600 rds then third trip same ammo problems started too happen. Hope it will be ok when i get it back
