Can anybody recommend a tobacco-free dip (snus) alternative? I quit dipping 4 years ago when I started dating my girlfriend (now fiance), but I miss "the action of dipping" while I am at work (doing paperwork, driving long distances, going to or coming from work, etc. I never dip in front of anyone I am interacting with). It doesn't matter if it is loose or in pouch form. I'd prefer something moist. Thank you!

Quit worrying about it. Keep enjoying it and teach her to dip.

Nicotine gum. They recommend only chewing it a few seconds and then tucking it between cheek (or lip) and gums. When I was using it to quit smoking it always reminded me of using snus.

If you enjoy it don't quit. Only person you
might hurt is yourself. I also enjoy a big plug
of Levi Garrett or RedMan when outside either
hunting or cutting wood etc.

Dip

Dude, bite the bullet. You said that you have quit for 4 years and you need to keep going. I have dipped for approx. 42 years, quitting once for 2 years, and starting again. You have made it this far, so why start again. Trust me when I say your health "will suffer", if you go back. Do not believe that you are the only one that you will hurt in the long run. Stay tough and you can make it.
