Good morning from a wet(as usual) Emerald Isle. I have been offered a 686 stainless with 4 inch Bl in 38/357. It has the black synthetic grips ( perhaps indicating manufacture since 1994). The cylinder does look a bit discoloured but no cylinder turn mark---perhaps just needs a good clean. Serial number is CEZ 7271. Any suggestions please. John in Jreland.
