Does the M&P 40 have a fully supported chamber?

I just read about anothers problem of having his 40 cal brass bulging and it possibly being a result of not having a fully supported chamber.

Curious about my M&P 40.

They have what is considered a fully 'fully supported' chamber. I say considered because if a pistol really had a fully supported chambered it wouldn't feed.

It would have to be designed differently, but "fully-supported" chambers DO feed. The Auto-Mag is the only pistol that comes to mind that has a "fully-supported" chamber, but I am sure there are others.

case bulging is only a problem with older Glocks shooting reloads.....as far as I know.
