While traveling up to RI, I had a chance to listen to the new album that is titled above. Well, IMO, I have a whole new respect for Dolly. That she has the energy, and vocal range to do what this album requires is amazing. She does about 30 rock songs from Satisfaction to Free Bird, and many with the original artists playing their songs for her.

IMO, well worth the listen

She is incomparable. I saw her perform once in my old home town back in the late 60s when she was traveling with Porter Wagoner. They were a great pair.

Good golly ms Dolly. met her twice way back She was a very nice person I met quite a few Musicians...most of the CW stars in the 60s-early 70s were approachable.. Even some of the rock singers. The lady sure can sing...I think she wrote a lot of music too. Country music when it WAS country

When I was an elk guide, one of my clients worked in Hollywood his entire career as a stuntman, extra, stunt driver and pilot. He worked with Dolly many times and knew her on a first name basis. He said of her, "she should never get an award for acting cause she aint acting". He said she was about a "honest" a person he ever worked with. Said she could embarrass the socks off of herself and anyone around her by talking before thinking.
