An all time favorite for marinating venison or beef roasts. Tried the internet to get recipe (stuff is expensive, plus shipping). Am trying to duplicate it, has anyone else had success duplicating it?

Burgundy Wine Marinade

1/2 cup Burgundy
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 
hardcase60-Thanks, that was only I found on internet, but doesn't list half the ingredients on bottle. plus an awful lot of lemon juice.
 
We use one like Hardcase's in post #2 but add about a tbsp of Zatarain's Creole or Grey Poupon mustard.
