Ed king has passed away

Been a fan of his ever since I heard “Incence and Peppermints”,many may know him from lynyrd skynyrd,he co-wrote “sweet home Alabama,prayers for the family

I'm glad you started the thread. I too have been a big fan of Ed King for years.
He has quite a few videos on YouTube, seems like a thoughtful man and was great musician.

At my age most of the musicians and bands I listened to in my youth are almost all gone now.

Most are in their 70's or older if they haven't already passed .. we loose hand full every year !

Many are in fact getting to that age. The other sad thing is that Skynyrd seems to have had a black cloud of ill-health and death over it from the first car crashes of Gary and Alan.
