Errata Sheet For SCSW

By now I am aware of several mistakes/misprints in the SCSW, 3rd Eddition. Has anyone put together a reliable errata to cover these. I think this book is indispensable for people like me and I believe the corrections would really help for those of us who can't carry all that in our memory. Is a 4th edition in the works?

I just think it would be good if some one (hopefully the authors) put together a list of corrections for the 3rd edition, unless, of course, they are planning a 4th ed.
