I recently came into some money and I decided to buy myself something nice. I play disc golf and you need a bag to haul your discs around. Also to carry water, snacks etc. I have a cheapo that's falling apart. I decided to get a quality bag. I looked at the offerings from several of the top rated brands. One stood out among the rest. It was twice as much as the nearest competitor but it has more features that are available. Including insulated drink inserts that allow you to have cold drinks on the course. I ordered one. They come with one insulated insert, but I wanted inserts for both sides. I placed my order last night online. Got up about 10 this morning and I have a phone call and an email making sure that it came with an insert and asking if I still wanted the other one. I called him back and told him yes, I do want the second one also. Most places wouldn't have bothered to find out. They'd have just sent the extra one. More sales, right? Also the bag I ordered was a sage green. The insert that comes with it is black. They were out of black so I ordered a green insert to match the bag. Levi, the owner, offered to send me 2 green inserts so they'd match. That's service. It's a shame that doing business the right way has become the exception rather than the rule. I just wanted to recognize someone who was doing it right. I doubt there are alot of disc golfers here, but if you're in the market for a top end disc golf bag, Pound disc golf bags and the owner, Levi Buckingham, are tops in my book.
