Well first time to the range and my wife's rifle lost the Extractor clip part# 315430000. Contacted S&W customer service that day 9/6 at 4:30 pm EST. Got my tracking number Today 9/9 and gun is already on it's way back for repair, now that is fast customer service
I will also give S&W customer service "a thumbs up". Went to the range the other day and found one of my mags for the 15-22 had separated preventing the ammo from staying in the mag. Sent an email to S&W on 9/4 stating the problem and got an email today saying that a new mag is in the mail on it's way to me.
