I was a Dr Who fan when it was on PBS, I think I have seen all the Dr's.

Not true Sci Fi but I always liked the X Files and I am watching Warehouse 13 now on Syfy which is kinda X File like but not as dark.

Star Trek original, Next Generation was my favorite years ago. I liked Enterprise for a while but could never get into Deep Space Nine.

I am sure there are lots more but kinda in a fog right now.

But seriously I agree with the posters above, Twilight Zone.
And that's due strictly to the quality of the writing of the stories, not the on camera special effects.

Mystery Science Theater 3000, always a fan.

"Fringe" on Fox is amusing. The X Files owes me nine years back with no real pay off at the end. Did get me to buy a Motorola Star Tac way back when though.

In the 60's Star Trek could not be beat - in this century it is still VERY popular - that is a good run for any series - I favor Kirk over the other Captains though!

Battlestar Galactica, hands down. The series remake with Edward James Olmos put up by the Sci-fi (now know as SyFy) channel was about as good as I have ever seen.

Twilight Zone is certainly my next runner up.
