Federal rebates

I turned in a rebate for some Federal .308 last week and I had no confirmation of receipt nor reply from two queries to them since about it.
Is this the norm? I know it takes a while to get it but I want to know that they recieved it before the deadline at the end of this month.

I turned in a rebate form with Federal last July. Received the rebate sometime between 6 and 8 weeks later.

Sent mine in 2 weeks ago and got email confirmation and approval yesterday. It said I should allow 8 weeks for delivery.

I bought some Black box 9mm about 2 weeks ago and just got email confirmation. I think it said about 10 weeks for rebate.

I submitted my rebate for 45ACP black box and got confirmation of receipt on-line immediately.

They don't spend a lot of money on hiring personal to give away money lol.

Thanks everyone. I kept redoing the pictures until it finally accepted the rebate and I got my confirmation.
