Going to hang onto most my Colts and Smiths unless they
are duplicates.
So I have been shopping around for a few blades, stocks and leather
for Gunshow table stock.
Picked up these mid 1990 Case knives and this El Paso rig
Texas Belt and Tom Three Persons shucks for Ruger Vaquero's.

Last year I went up to NW PA for my cousin's wedding. I decided to make a mini-vacation out of it so I drove over to the Case Knives Zippo Light Museum in Bradford, PA. The displays there were nothing short of amazing. The American Flag display is made up of Zippo lighters.

Niiice.

Nothing like a Case XXX for some good old Americana cutting.

I only have one unfortunately.

A Tribal Lock in "Jigged Peach Bone" is my Sunday "Church Knife". I surely do like it though. Depicted with a friend for size context.

Thanks for sharing your collection

Nice knives! The only Case I own is this WWII Case XX that my Dad had while serving in the USAAF. He passed it down to me years ago, and unfortunately, a friend of mine added a strap to the sheath. Other than that, it's over 80 years old and still cutting!

I have a few Case knives. Good quality steel.

Years ago, I was resupplying a wilderness camp with my pack string where a friend of mine and his brother were staying for several days. His brother happened to notice the Buck knife I had on my belt. I showed it to him; he commented on the fine edge, then asked if I ever used a Case knife. I told him that I wasn't too impressed with the quality of Case knives. I found out that he was a distributor for Case.

He explained that for a while there, after several ownership changes, Case quality took a nose dive. Then the Zippo lighter company bought them out. They contacted several of the old retired Case metallurgists, brought them out of retirement, stating that they wanted to bring Case back up to the quality standards that previously made them famous.

He offered to send me a Case knife of my choosing at his cost to try. I accepted and a couple weeks later, I received a Case trapper and a Case stockman in the mail. I was impressed. Since then, I've acquired several Case knives.

Nowadays, a Case knife is a quality piece of cutlery.
