I have a video on my iPhone that I want to transfer to my PC and I have tried every avenue I can find to no avail, ,I thought I would email it to myself but it tells me the file is to large. Anyone have any ideas? I do not want to publish it to facebook or twitter or anything just transfer it to my PC.

Can you not synch your phone to the PC and simply copy it to iTunes on the PC?

If not, it should work on a Mac. You can also use the program Preview on the Mac and import it from the phone. Then just copy it to a flash drive and use it on your PC.

I suppose there are other ways to do it, but I have iTunes on my Win7 PC. With iTunes installed I just plug in iPhone to PC with the USB charge cord. It will use QuickTime to play vids taken with iPhone.

Installing iTunes will also install iCloud on your PC so whatever you got on iCloud you can access with the PC.

You can link your iPhone to your PC or Mac through i cloud and all your pic's and video will go from your phone to your PC or Mac whenever both are connected to your home internet.

Can't you just plug in......

Can't you just plug your phone into a USB port? I have a cheapy Samsung Verizon job and I just took a bunch of pictures and vids off just by dragging them to my hard drive.

The OP said iphone, those you have to go through itunes/icloud they are quite limited in what they allow you to do.
