Finally found a Model 31-1 .32 Long

Good morning!
Back again after some absence. I just found the above noted revolver and wonder about when it was shipped. It is a normal 31-1 in beautiful shape. According to the previous owner it was last fired 22 years ago. Serial number is H 17476. Any ideas? I thank you for your help!
