That sucks, but as someone who worked at a munitions plant for four years, I doubt much actual damage was done. While I'm not certain what the regs are for plants that deal in pyros only, for us we had everything separated as much as possible and had buildings that were for one product at a time.
As this was a maintenance building, it is an inconvenience, but I doubt any of the production facilities or magazines were ever in danger.
