I haven't a dis-assembly guide but, from what I can see, I have to carefully remove the rear site, removing 2 springs and detents. And the same of the decocker lever on the RS. Looks like a tricky deal, anyone have experience/advice?

No, the rear sight can stay in place. It doesn't hurt to do it in a freezer bag to catch any springs that fly out. I use a small punch or paperclip to push in the detent on the right hand safety lever and remove it. Then you need to hold in the firing pin block(the steel plunger) while pushing the firing pin on in past the safety body. Then you can push the safety body out to the left, there is a spring loaded detent in it that will come out as soon as it clears the slide. Once you have the safety out hold in the firing pin block plunger and the firing will fly out about 200mph.
