First is a nickeled Schmiser (German), next a (Spanish) Star, A little (German) Sauer, A (Hungarian) Baby Frommer in 32 caliber, and finially a little (French) vest pocket that definitely looks French....My opinion. I hope you don't mind me showing some of the fifty in my collection......Just about every country. Maybe some of you will start collecting these little pistols?

Thanks for looking,
Joe

So glad you posted this. Now I don't feel bad for owning an Astra, a Jennings, and a Bersa. Been feeling like I have too many. Been wanting a Taurus PT22, or a Beretta 21a.

I picked up this Taurus PT-22 for $199.95 with 2 magazines at Sooner Guns in Tulsa earlier this year for my EDC bag. This and my tricked out Henry AR-7 in my "go bag" and 500 or so rounds are the "survival" guns in my kit.

I have one, an Erma-Werke Walther TPH copy by American Arms, the PX-22. The sleeve make it easier to get more than just two fingers around it, and "plumps" the grip a bit. I'ts an accurate shooter out to 7-10 yards, and likes high speed ammo, such as CCI, better than standard. I've owned it more than 40 years, shot it very little, but always reliable.

The STAR looks like the CO model but there really isn't much difference betw it and the earlier Model C.
Very nice little 25's. I had a Model C and of course traded it off for something that I cannot remember.

I still have an original STAR Wooden slide cover box for a Model CO that STAR shipped some of their pistols in. Top cover markings are clear. The side label is very faint but it's there.

That's an extra firing pin in the box for the pistol.

The only 25auto I have now is a CZ45 made in 1947.

My LGS has an OD serial Colt Automatic and a early 60s Browning...I look at them every time I go in but have yet to pull the trigger.

I really only have two true vest pockets, now.

I don't consider my slightly larger ones, (Mauser's, Beretta's, CZ's and such as vest pockets.)

Still looking out for a Mauser WTP II in excellent condition for an excellent price.

Jim

For what I would use it for, most vest pockets are out of my price range right now.

But...I came across this at a local gun shop while picking up a 19-3 transfer.

Couldn't pass it up for $100...

Sterling 302 in .22 LR.
