For sale is a Filson Double Macinaw Wool Packer Coat in pristine like-new condition. It is what Filson called their dark charcoal grey color. 100% made in the USA (Seattle).
This coat is a size 42, and I am the original owner.
I purchased the coat around 2004 from Filson directly and I have only worn it a handful of times. The Double Macinaw Packer has an extra layer of wool around the upper chest and sleeves, but also has a genuine shearling collar which can be raised up and buttoned across the front with a leather strap to protect the back of your neck and sides of your face. This is an extremely warm coat.
The coat buttons down the front and has 7 pockets. The pockets consist 2 lower handwarmer, 2 lower snap (in front of the handwarmer pockets), 2 upper snap on the chest with one of them having slots for cartridges, and one back map pocket with snaps.
I do not believe Filson offers this particular coat for sale any longer on their website, but you can easily find examples on the web.
I have seen this Filson Packer Coat model for sale on ebay and Etsy for upwards of $600.
I am selling this coat for $290.00
This will include shipping within the U.S. with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
