This is an excellent DeSantis "New York Undercover" horizontal shoulder holster for Smith and Wesson K and L frame four inch revolvers. It is no longer offered in the DeSantis catalog. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE HOLSTER ONLY, THE STRAPS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
I was going to use this with my GalCo Miami Vice shoulder holster in place of my 1911 but have decided to sell the revolver instead. As you can see in the photo, it has some letters scratched in the front side., but the holster has not been used. They sell for $83.50 new, I will sell this one for $55.00 and I will pay the shipping. I prefer PayPal.
