Had to try out something for a second time to see if it was really that good.
Waited until the store dropped it's chicken from $6 a pound, back down to $ .98 where it should be in the first place........
then bought two packages of C Breast w/skin for future use.
Removed the skin on two of the breast, then pounded the thick part down to where it was about 3/4" thick.
I then put the meat into a zip-lok bag and added this time, some oil based dressing that the wife and I did not like when we tried the 1st bottle but I added some Basalmic vinegar and soy sauce to it and hoped it would work.
For safety, it was chilled for 4 hours in the frig. and brought out when I fired up the Trager Smoker with apple pellets and brought up to 275*.
These Breast take 60 minutes to get to around 165* internal temp, but check with a meat probe to be sure. At 45 minutes I check the I/T that was 146 and flipped them over and moved to a hotter section on the grate.
Even with the untried, 2nd rate marinade, they tasted great.
Enjoy.
