Recently picked up an FPC and after adding the taccom charge handle and buffer and an mcarbo spring and flat trigger kit i took it to the range to finally try it out. Made it all the way through the first mag and on the last round the trigger did nothing. Tried to pull the charging handle and it wouldn't release. The bolt has become stuck and I can't get it to open. The magazine came out with no problem and thankfully there wasn't a round in the chamber. Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with the FPC, but one time I got a cartridge jamming up the works on my AR and I just broke it down with the hinge pins, I just looked at a video and the FPC looks a lot like my Kel Tec sub 2000 'tube' gun. You disassemble the stock and take out the spring and bolt, break it in two and go from there. Perhaps you can find the trouble that way or at least free up the bolt. My Kel Tec has a trick that owners need to know, and that's not to pull the trigger when taking it apart because you have to stick a dowel in there to reset the hammer or the bolt won't go back in.

Here's the vid if you haven't seen it. I assume that you have because of the work you did on it.

PS: I also see where there is a crossbolt safety and an internal safety the can lock the trigger but it's not supposed to lock the bolt.
 Hmmmmmm

And are you sure that there is no cartridge in there, or a shell casing? Did the last round eject? I'd surely check it with a cleaning rod before messing with it.

try taking a long wooden dowl and barrel down tapping it out. If it is a live round in there then full disassembly may be necessary.
