Where can a list be found to determine a models frame size?

You could get this info from a copy of the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson.

It is "3rd edition /Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson" by Supica and Nahas. Amazon.com is cheapest place to find it - delivered to your door.

Here's a quick list of model numbers and frames off top of my head - it is not complete but will give you an idea.



J frame Models 30,31,32,34,35,36,37,38,40,42,50,51,60,63

K frame models - 10,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,66,67

L frame models
