This gun show is held at the Fairgrounds in Frederick, MD, which even though it is in a different state from where I live it isn't too far away. I always look forward to seeing people from my club in the area and my cousin's fiance usually has a good sized set up. The parking lot looked a little skinny but my cousin's finance said that was typical for a Sunday, and that Saturday they had a pretty good crowd.

Since it was late in the day, I went through the two buildings rather quickly. I saw a couple tables of vintage US military rifles but not a whole lot of other vintage guns that I would be interested in.

But I did make a decent score there. A parts-mostly vendor who I've known for probably 30 years had been consigned some reloading components. What I saw apparently wasn't selling at the price he had on them, because he asked my opinion as to what he should be pricing stuff. There were 3 1/2 cartons of Hornady .38 wadcutters that I told him were priced rather high. So he did the math on a per bullet basis and came up with a carton price that I felt was decent, so I bought 2 cartons. Once thing i learned from when the primers disappeared during the Clinton administration, anything at a reasonable price that you think you might be able to use, grab it.

Was at an LGS today. They had 2 nice older S&Ws. A 13 and a 19. The 13 was $850 and the 19 was $950. Lots of autos and ammo in some calibers.
