Hey guys just finsished fabbing up this ne dust cover. I used the idea/from the thread about the Delrin Dustcover to get a basic idea of what I needed, I still have to go to paint and add the spring and magnet and do a little bit of perfecting will post pics as soon as I get finished. What do ya think so far?

Its looking good! Did you use Delrin? Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing the finished product.

No I did not use delrin I used a teflon composite plastic. Some leftover scrap that we use at work. (The benefits of working at a paper mill). I just layed down the first coat of primer today and gave it a light sanding. Had to get some sleep to prepare for my graveyard shift tonight. I will probably hit it with a second coat of primer in the morning. I should have it finished up by Saturday or so as soon as I get it installed I will post pics. Dependind on how well this one turns out an aircraft grade aluminum prototype will follow if it works out those will be for sale. Would anyone be interested?
