***SOLD***

For sale is a Marlin Camp Carbine in 9 mm with the less common nickel finish. The Camp 9 is a 9 mm semi-automatic rifle which uses Smith and Wesson 59 series magazines. This rifle has the original wood stock with front and rear mounts. The following accessories are included with the rifle:

- Four 20-rd magazines (two are Mec-Gar, two are not marked)
- Two 30-rd magazines (one S&W, one not marked)
- One 12-rd magazine (OEM Marlin)
- Millett SP-1 red-dot sight installed on a Weaver rail

I purchased this rifle from another local shooter a few years back, so I don’t really have a good idea of the total round count. I have shot approximately 500 rounds through it myself. The barrel and receiver are free of scrapes and dents. The stock has some light scratches on it, but is overall in great shape as well. As long as the gun is kept clean, it has been a very reliable shooter. Based on some advice from another forum member, I believe that the date of manufacture of this gun is 1992; the buyer is responsible for confirming that date and making sure that this gun is legal to own in their state of residence.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the weak points in the design of the Camp Carbines is that it requires a small rubberized buffer to help protect the wood stock from the recoil of the bolt; improper maintenance of the buffer could lead to a cracked stock. The original buffer on this carbine was in good shape when I bought it and the stock is undamaged. Just to be safe, I purchased and installed a Blackjack buffer and a 16 lb. spring when I first received the gun, so it is “good to go.”

Price: For the rifle and all listed accessories, $500 shipped to your FFL. If you don’t want the Millet red-dot, subtract $50 from the price. Also, if you do not want/can’t use the 20-rd and 30-rd magazines because of your local state regulations, I will sell the rifle with just the OEM 12-rd magazine and subtract $50 from the price. (The Marlin magazine should be “pre-ban.”) Unfortunately, my work and family schedule do not allow me to meet up for a local sale; sorry for the inconvenience. Not looking for trades at this time.

Thanks for looking!
