Well, the law has been laid down, SHMBO (She who Must Be Obeyed) has installed new "Austerity Measures" that include deep cuts in defense spending. Cuts that demand if a new gun comes in, an old gun goes out.
Since I have another rifle on layaway, a treasure must be sold. Up for your consideration is my Ruger Old Army persussion revolver, in excellent condition, .45 caliber, blued, 7 1/2" barrel. When I bought it it had been unfired, I've put probably 75 rounds through it, meticulously cleaning it after each shooting session. It is very accurate and fun to shoot.
Included in the package is a hard to find Ruger "Practical" flap holster, handmade by Bianchi with the Ruger eagle embossed on the flap. It is marked on the back "Hand made for Ruger by Bianchi, 71/2" Old Army". These holsters are hard to find, and expensive when you do find them. The holster is in excellent shape, with some holstering and handling marks.
I'll also throw in a pistol powder measure, powder flask and capper. If we can meet to do a face to face, I'll throw in a full pound of 3FFF black powder and a pound of Pyrodex, probably $50 worth of propellants, and a bunch of percussion caps.
Price for the full package, revolver, holster and accessories is $450 shipped to your door. Since this is a black powder arm, it requires no FFL. For those that live in the Occupied Territories of New Jersey, New York City, etc, check your local laws. Sorry, can't ship the powder...
I can meet Virginia residents and throw in the powder, I live on the Northern Neck of Virginia, about 70 miles Northeast of Richmond, and would drive a reasonable distance to do a "Face to Face".
