Apparently, whatever jurisdiction that sign came from you have to be functionally illiterate to work there.
Her: He's been sullen, quiet and I wonder what's wrong or if he still loves me.

Ya know, I used to be pretty picky about spelling errors. Especially on gun forums! But over the years I have given up. My mind is numb to spelling & grammatical mistakes. Look at my 2nd sentence up there! Mr. McCune, one of my junior high English teachers, would've thrown his wiffle ball at me. I actually like to see how many errors the Journalism majors make in a simple news story. But, my brain is numb because of all the 12oz. cans of 4.2% alcohol by volume. (Cheap beer.) A large majority of the PGH Public School System teachers can't even speak right. Aks me how I know!
