American Spirit Arms, maker of precision, high quality AR15 and AR10 rifles is pleased to announce its sale to American Spirit Investments, LLC.
American Spirit Investments, LLC, is a Scottsdale, Arizona investment company headed by CEO Phil Tomczyk and President Rob Dunaway. Together with CFO Durenda Benton-Tomczyk and Vice President, Michael Manning, the new management team brings decades of precision firearms manufacturing, executive and financial management, and legal experience to American Spirit Arms. The company has confirmed that the American Spirit Arms brand will be retained.

"We liked the growth prospects for the company and have provided the necessary working capital and management structure to take advantage of the strong demand for American Spirit Arms products."
The company also announced a new program to provide other AR10 and AR15 manufacturers with its Side Chargers. "Our patented Side Charger is easier and faster to operate than a traditional T-handle charger," pointed out President Rob Dunaway. Former owners Joe and Chris Sirochman have left the company to pursue other interests.
