Gander Mt. & NY S.A.F.E. Act

My young friend Jordan Crandall called our local Gander Mountian, and asked if he could bring in an "assault weapon" (by safe act) to sell or trade. they said "bring it in". While he was at the counter getting it appraised, a plain clothes policeman asked if the .22 was his; he said yes, and was arrested and told to be near a phone, to be informed of his arraignment date.
The NYS rifle and Pistol Assoc. is providing council pro bono as they feel his rights have been violated as he has until April 15 to register these weapons.
I'm gonna write Gander an let em know what I think of this deal, might even camp out in the mall and tell others going into the store!!

Give us the store location and store number!
Be as specific as you can. Perhaps the store and department managers names, if possible.
I'd like to send an email to both the store manager and corporate to inquire about their policy on entrapment and how they think it will affect their future business.
This story also needs to be spread far and wide when the FACTS are in.
Things like, did the store notify the police. Was possession of the gun illegal when this happened? Was he arrested for being in possession of the gun or for another reason?
Please find out as much information as you can. Maybe this situation can turned to our advantage.
