Couple of years ago I bought 4+ burner Char-Broil gas grill, big enough to grill a cow. Too many parts to remove for a good cleaning - much too big for just two people. I just sold it (lost my shirt on the deal) and now I'm looking for something smaller and simpler. In my search I came across this "Holland" grill (link bellow), couldn't be simpler - any one has one of these, and what do you think about it? Thanks for your comments.

Pete, I know you have already purchased a new grill, but I wanted to comment on the Holland grill you referenced. I like Holland grills so much that I have 2 of them. They were "invented" in my home town, Apex, NC.
I bought my first one around 1985, and my newest one around 1988 (one is at my home, the other at a vacation home). Both are still going strong. Parts are easy to come by, just call the 800 number and they will ship whatever you need. The parts are east to install.
With a Holland grill, you do a different type of cooking. You don't adjust the flame - it is either on or off. No in-between.
You cook by time. For example: put a whole turkey on the grill and grill for 15 - 20 minutes per pound. So a 10 - 12 pound turkey will cook approximately 2 1/2 hours. You don't turn the turkey over, just put it on, set a timer, and wait.
The cookbook Holland gives you tells to cook poultry x minutes per pound; beef y minutes per pound; pork z minutes per pound, etc. You don't need to turn anything over, but I usually will turn steaks, chicken pieces, and pork chops.
Enjoy the one you purchased. If you need another one, seriously consider the Holland.
