Yes, Friday Night Fights. My Dad always watched.

My folks watched the Friday night fights in the '50s, long before we (or most anyone else) had color TVs. Did the Gillette Friday boxing make it into the color TV era? I don't remember.

Yep, on Fridays. I would watch if there was a fighter I was interested in. I would always watch a fight that Archie Moore was in, because his son, Archie Moore, Jr. was a classmate of mine.
