Another sad post for this time of year. World known militaria collector, dealer and consultant George Petersen passed the other day. Knew George since late 70s, re enacted WWII, bought sold and traded with George for 30+ years. Best friend and I would talk to him at the Raleigh militaria show every show. He will be missed.

George was one of a kind,knew him thru reenacting and military shows.his knowledge was unsurpassed.one of the highlights of my year was talking to his at the OVMSshow in Louisville
