I did about the same thing on a 37. I went from Pach compact pro's, which were too narrow for my hand, to the S&W PC magnas. They look better and more importantly, feel better.

I put a few rounds thru it today with the new grips and did notice the trigger guard pounding on my finger, so maybe the T-grip is in order.I do roll my own, 158 swc with 3.5 grs Bullseye, I may try a lighter load to see how that does before adding the T-grip.

After having owned different grips for both my J frame (640-1) and K frame revolvers, I've found that the best combination is the factory magnas and t-grip on both revolvers.

i love magnas on jframes. you have a nice looking gun. i have pretty large hands but do better without the t-grip.
