Any suggestions for hotels in Tulsa??

We'll be going also, need reommendations/suggestions for hotels in Tulsa. Thanks, Hugh

We stay out in Claremore, because it's close to Cherokee Casino/Will Rogers Downs. No live racing there on the weekend, but simulcast is just about as good. About 30 minutes northeast of the Tulsa Fairgrounds.

Be sure to visit the J M Davis Gun Museum in Claremore, I believe its still open on Saturdays and its free. They do ask for a donation but I don't mind giving money to see the largest gun museum in the world.

This will be our first visit. Having always wanted to go and this year makes sense. Looking for some sort of an FAL and they are thin on the ground where we live. Another SMLE? S&Ws opportunistically? This show should be a good place to look.:)

I made it to the Tulsa Gun show this weekend. It was amazing. Best show in a long time for me. I sold a few and bought a few. I met a couple SWCA members and saw some familiar faces from last year. I made a made a deal for a NIB Lew Horton 629-5 Performance Center product code 170135. I was showing it off to a fellow S&W enthusiast that was very determined to add it to his collection. I ended up letting it go for what I paid for it just 3 hours earlier. I know it went to a good home and made a guy's weekend.

First time for me, I have heard about it for years and years and after a few deaths in the recent times myself and a buddy decided let's go!
We were definitely a little overwhelmed and very happy we went, we got tired of seeing table after table of impressive stuff.
We were able to finally meet a few folks we have admired for years, looked for some forum guys but weren't able to locate some... we even caught up with Hickok45 and was able to speak with him a fellow Tennessean and a very humble pleasant guy.
I will for sure be going back ... hopefully many times
We took a knife expert and I learned more this weekend than I have learned in a long time, enjoyed some excellent food and even better fellowship with my friends.
