GP100 Grip Selection

I found it difficult to find nice wood grips for the new GP100. The mono grip Hogue offered had a large gap near the trigger guard.

Came across these from the Thai guy on an auction and couldn't be happier. Perfect fit, inexpensive and, whatever it is, the wood has a nice grain.

It drives me nuts how limited GP100 grip selection is, especially given the whole reason for that silly peg frame was that it was supposed to expand grip possibilities. Some of the distributor special editions do have nice, traditional looking grips. But it seems like they're unavailable to purchase separately, and getting medallions on Altamont's target grips (if they're ever in stock) doesn't seem to be an option.

You're absolutely right!

Knew exactly what I wanted for the GP100. I looked all over for those grips after Altamont told me they have no plans of making them any time soon ...and they can't put medallions on them.

So, I started looking at Hogue and they just didn't look right to me.

It was only after I looked "West of LA" that I found a nice pair at a reasonable price.

There have to be a lot of GP100 owners out there that would appreciate a nice looking target stock for their revolver?
