Granddaughters first time at the range

First trip to the range for my 9 year old granddaughter.

Spent time yesterday getting her familiarized with the operation of the M&P 15-22 and discussed firearm safety as well as range rules and procedures.

She was a little apprehensive about shooting for her first time but was very happy when I told her that I didn't take her father to the range until he was several years older.

Afterwords it was out for burgers, fries and malts to celebrate!
