Hello my name is Samantha. For the past 4 year I had the honor and privilege of working with Patrick Grashorn, founder of Grashorn Gunworks, making grips out of Antler.

Unfortunately, Patrick passed away on the 16th of April.

Patrick, left the business to me and I plan on keeping his legacy alive.

I am looking to obtain some frames to work with. I am looking for Smith & Wesson N,K,J round and square, and 1911 government and officer.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank You

Welcome Samantha. We conversed a few times via email a couple years ago. Back around when Gordon ? If I have that right was involved.
I wish you the best going forward, and judging by demand here and other forums I frequent, you will surely succeed.

Welcome Samantha. Go to Gunbroker and search "gunsmith special", then click on "handguns" in the filters to the left, then click on "Smith & Wesson" in the filters. You can then scroll through and see various frames that are for sale. Good Luck!

This is a thread about Patrick.

Welcome from mid North Carolina. This engraved S&W I-frame wears some Grashorn grips. Very sorry to hear of his passing. I wish you much success in taking over this business.S&W mod pre36 Baby Chief's Special 02.jpg

This is so sad. Good luck with the business. I have bought several sets from Patrick. He always took time to respond and answer my questions.

I own a few sets of Patrick's grips. He was a craftsman and a great person to deal with.

He laid a great foundation for you to build upon. Good luck with the business.
