Greetings from Spain

Hello everyone.
I´m a spanish shooter and today I bought my first revolver and, of course, is a Smith & Wesson. Specifically a 686 Target Champion Serial number CEV5608.
Please give me any information about it, the year of manufacture, if K or L frame, the best do loads for target shooting. Being completely new to this world, any information is welcome.
