I have tried the Hogue nylon combats for J-frame on my Model 60 Pro Series and like the feel and recoil control they provide. The combat grip also fills in behind the trigger guard and does more to fill the palm. The nylon material is better for carry than rubber combats because it isn't tacky against clothing, and the material allowed me to sand everything out to suit. I removed all traces of the mold flash.

Most importantly, I shot better test firing with the gun than ever before. YMMV.

I found the factory grips on my Model 60 Pro to be extremely comfortable and have not tried anything else.

Why not post a photo of your 60 Pro with these personally customized Hogues.

Here is my 60 Pro

The grips aren't customized per se, only smoothed off a bit to look and feel like a finished product. I don't have a pic, and the gun is locked up right now. I may follow up. Thanks for asking.
