Grip ID help needed

Anyone have an idea of kind of grips these are? And if they are good shape is there any value. The gun is beat pretty good. Friend offered it to me for 150.00

Mother of Pearl, or imitation (faux) MOP.

Those are non-factory Mother of Pearl aka MOP. If they were factory they would have gold medallions on them. The gun appears to be a K-Frame. Assuming that the gun is mechanically sound it is worth the $150.
