I just purchased a Model 10-8, its a very clean gun except the grip fit is very poor, the worsted I have on any of my revolvers. The problem is I have 3 extra sets of K frame grips and another K frame revolver. All the grips fit the second revolver perfectly, they all fit the 10-8 the same, poorly. The right hand grip is serialized to the gun. I have an after market set of grips that don't fit either. This is a 5D serial number, 1979 production. I have other revolvers of different frame sizes and none fit.Does anyone have an answer for this.
